How to Use Quick Responses

Quick Responses are a great way to answer your customers more efficiently. You can prepare short messages, links, or even entire articles in your database and call upon them anytime during a chat.

Add Quick Responses

Go to the Settings menu in your chat panel and then enter Quick Responses section. You can click on the Add button there to create a new Response.

You can add and edit the Quick Responses in the settings > quick responses section

Later, add your message and click the Save button. You can later edit or delete an unwanted response.

How to send a Quick Response?

To send a Quick Response during a chat with your customer just type in the / (forward slash) symbol and choose your response from the list. You can make this process faster if you type in any text after the “/” symbol – for example “/H” will find you all the responses beginning with “H,” and “/help” will find all the responses containing “help.”
