Integration with Zendesk Sell (previously Base CRM)
TO INTEGRATE TIDIO CHAT WITH ZENDESK SELL, SIMPLY FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:
- In the chat admin panel, go to Settings > Integrations and click on the Base CRM tile.
- The app is now added to your account. To finish the integration, you will need to add your Access Token into the Base CRM tab.
- Log into your Base CRM panel to download your Access Token.
- Once you are logged in, click on your name in the top right corner and choose Settings.
- Next, go to the OAuth tab and select +Add Access Token.
- Name your new Access Token and click Save.
- On the following screen, make a copy of your Access Token.
- Return to your Tidio Chat panel to paste your Access Token into the Base CRM app settings.
- Save your settings to activate the integration. Your chat is now fully integrated with Base CRM!
