Integration with GetResponse

TO INTEGRATE TIDIO WITH YOUR GETRESPONSE ACCOUNT, SIMPLY FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW

In the chat admin panel, go to Settings > Integrations and click on the GetResponse tile.

The app has been added to your account. To fully integrate Tidio with GetResponse, you will need a Campaign Name (the campaign that you would like to add emails to) and your API Key. To collect this data, please log in to your getresponse.com account. Here you can learn how to obtain your API key.

Next, provide your GetResponse Campaign Name and API key (Personal Access Token) into your GetResponse tab in the Integrations section of your Tidio panel. Then click the Add button.

The integration is now complete!

USING THE INTEGRATION

Now that your GetResponse is integrated with Tidio, you can create a new contact straight from the Tidio conversation. To do that, open the Action menu (three vertical dots) in an active conversation window, then choose “Save in GetResponse” option

Alternatively, your website visitors can click on “Sign up for a newsletter” checkbox in the widget, during the pre-chat survey. That way, their email address will be exported automatically.

Important! You need to make sure to enable the pre-chat survey in Channels > Pre-chat survey section to allow your customers signing up to your newsletter. To learn more how to enable the pre-chat survey, check here.
