What you can do with Tidio and SalesRabbit

Recognize a visited lead

The SalesRabbit record shows a rep has already knocked, so the chat continues that conversation.

Book a follow-up visit

An appointment agreed in chat is created in SalesRabbit for the right rep.

Capture inbound leads

A website visitor becomes a SalesRabbit lead in the correct territory.

Route by area

Territory data sends the conversation to the rep who covers that address.

Overview

SalesRabbit is where door to door teams keep the lead, the territory and the appointment. The customer who was visited yesterday often messages the website today, and whoever answers has no idea a rep has already been there. Reading SalesRabbit into Tidio fixes that: the lead, its status and the appointment are in view, and a chat can create a lead or book a follow-up in the rep's territory.

Key features

  • Lead status in the chat See what the SalesRabbit record says before replying.
  • Appointments in view Know whether a rep is already booked to visit.
  • Leads created from chat An inbound message becomes a SalesRabbit lead.
  • Territory routing The lead lands with the rep who covers that area.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about the SalesRabbit integration

Why match on address rather than email?

Because field sales is organized by geography. A SalesRabbit lead belongs to a territory and a rep, and an email address does not tell you either. Asking for the address early in the conversation is what makes routing and appointment booking work at all.

Should chat leads go straight to a rep?

Into the territory queue, yes, and to a named rep if the assignment rules are clear. What does not work is a general inbox, because an inbound lead in field sales goes cold in hours and the rep who could knock tomorrow never hears about it.

Is the SalesRabbit integration available on my plan?

Availability depends on the Tidio plan you are on. Compare plans to see which plan covers the SalesRabbit integration.
