Can I keep my current email address when I integrate my email inbox with Tidio?

Yes! Tidio offers you two options: you can either create a new inbox with Tidio alias or integrate your current email inbox with Tidio, in 5 simple steps.

Will I still have access to my email inbox outside the Tidio panel?

Tidio email integration doesn’t erase your current inbox, so it will still be accessible directly in your operator’s panel, through Gmail, Outlook, etc. You can access it anytime, but we need to warn you—as soon as you start using Tidio, you will never want to go back to your classic email inbox.

What are the benefits of integrating my email inbox with Tidio?

You save time, money and gain convenience. Once you start using Tidio, you don’t have to browse many email inboxes or switch between your communication channels to talk with your customers.
