Lyro, the AI agent, is also super helpful. I am always concerned that visitors will get stuck in an infinite loop when chatting with AI, especially for those hard-to-answer questions. But, the bot has a built-in feature to push queries like this directly to a live agent. Its ability to crawl our site's content to create a knowledge base took away much of my skepticism regarding the setup of this feature.
