What you can do with Tidio and Sage 300

Answer receivables questions

A Sage 300 invoice and its payment state let support answer without involving finance.

Check stock for a customer

Inventory in the ERP tells the agent whether a promise is safe to make.

Confirm account detail

Terms and history mean the answer fits the account it is about.

Escalate with the record

When finance is needed, the invoice is already named in the handover.

Overview

Sage 300 holds the customer account, the invoices, the purchase orders and the stock. It usually sits where only finance and operations can reach it, so support ends up promising to check and calling back. A read path from Sage 300 into Tidio removes that step: the invoice, the balance and the inventory are in the conversation. Posting and payments stay in the ERP, where the rules and the audit trail are.

Key features

  • Invoice and balance in the chat The Sage 300 record instead of an email to finance.
  • Stock before you promise Inventory levels keep commitments realistic.
  • A read path, not a rewrite Nothing is posted from the conversation by default.
  • Fewer callbacks Support answers instead of taking a message.

How it works

Connect Sage 300 in minutes

  1. 1

    Connect Sage 300 and Tidio

A service inside your network reads Sage 300 and posts to the Tidio API with the fields support needs.

  2. 2

    Expose a narrow set

Invoice, balance, terms and stock. Payroll and ledger detail stay out of the chat.

  3. 3

    Keep posting in the ERP

Journals, credits and orders are created in Sage 300, not from a conversation.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about the Sage 300 integration

Our Sage 300 is on our own server. Does this work?

Yes, with a service in the middle. Something inside your network reads the ERP, exposes only the fields support needs and posts to the Tidio API. That is also the safer design, because nothing outside your network ever touches Sage 300 directly.

Should orders be created from a chat?

Rarely, and only with a rule. A reorder for an existing account on standing terms is defensible. Anything involving pricing, credit or a new customer should be captured in the conversation and completed by the team who owns it in Sage 300.

Is the Sage 300 integration available on my plan?

Availability depends on the Tidio plan you are on. Compare plans to see which plan covers the Sage 300 integration.
