Is a document sent from a chat legally sound?
The signature and its audit trail come from PandaDoc, exactly as they would if the document were sent from anywhere else. What matters is which templates an agent can send and which fields they can change. Agree that list with whoever owns your contracts.
Who fills in the document fields?
Mostly the integration, from what the conversation already knows: name, company, the agreed figure. Leave free text fields out of an agent's reach where you can, because an edited clause in a signed contract is a problem nobody notices until it matters.
