What you can do with Tidio and Scoop

Bring support into the review

Conversation data in Scoop means the pipeline review can see what customers are asking.

Link chat to closed deals

Conversations next to won deals show which questions precede a purchase.

Act on a threshold

A Scoop alert can reach the team on shift the same hour it triggers.

Retire the weekly export

A scheduled refresh replaces the spreadsheet somebody rebuilt every Monday.

Overview

Scoop blends spreadsheets with system data so revenue teams can build a report without waiting for anybody. Support numbers usually sit outside that: a separate dashboard nobody opens next to the pipeline review. Exporting Tidio conversation data into a Scoop dataset puts volume and outcomes beside the deals, and a threshold in Scoop can send a message back so a number turns into an action rather than a slide.

Key features

  • Support data in the dataset Conversation volume and outcomes land in Scoop.
  • Blended with revenue Chats sit next to pipeline and closed deals.
  • Scheduled refresh No more exporting a file before the review.
  • Alerts that reach people A Scoop threshold can post into Tidio.

How it works

Connect Scoop in minutes

  1. 1

    Connect Tidio and Scoop

Zapier, Integrately or Make can move the data, or the Tidio API can export into a Scoop dataset.

  2. 2

    Agree the columns

Volume, response time, tag and outcome by week. Transcripts stay out of the dataset.

  3. 3

    Send alerts back

A Scoop threshold posts to Tidio, so the people affected hear about it early.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about the Scoop integration

What belongs in a Scoop dataset?

Counts and attributes by period: volume, response time, channel, tag and outcome. That is what a report can use. Message content belongs in Tidio, where the access controls fit it, and it would make the dataset unusable anyway.

How often should it refresh?

Match the meeting. If the pipeline review is weekly, a weekly refresh is honest and cheap. Refreshing hourly for a report nobody reads until Friday spends effort to change nothing, and stale data in a live dashboard is worse than a dated one.

Is the Scoop integration available on my plan?

Availability depends on the Tidio plan you are on. Compare plans to see which plan covers the Scoop integration.
