How do I connect Tidio with Brevo?

Go to Tidio’s Integration section, select the Brevo tile, click “Install Brevo,” and follow the prompts. You’ll need to paste your Brevo API key and choose which contact list to sync.

When are contacts sent to Brevo?

Contacts are sent automatically if a visitor fills out the pre-chat survey with email and consent. Alternatively, you can manually mark a user as “Subscribed” during a conversation. Either way gets them added to your Brevo list.

Can I choose which Brevo list contacts go into?

Yes. During setup, you select the target Brevo list where all new contacts from Tidio will be added.
