What you can do with Tidio and Kapost

Send the current version

Pulling from Kapost means the agent shares the approved piece, not the draft that was floating around last quarter.

File content gaps as requests

When three people ask the same thing, the agent opens a Kapost request with their words rather than a summary.

Answer when it will be ready

Workflow status from Kapost lets support say where a piece is instead of guessing at a date.

Match content to the reader

Persona and funnel stage help the agent choose between two pieces on the same topic.

Overview

Kapost is where content gets planned, written and published. Support sees the other end of it: the questions the published set does not answer yet. Reading Kapost items into Tidio gives agents the current, approved piece to send instead of an old link somebody bookmarked. Going the other way, a recurring question can open a content request in Kapost with the customer's wording attached, which is better evidence than a hunch in a planning meeting.

Key features

  • Approved content in the chat Agents send the Kapost item that is actually published.
  • Requests from real questions A gap in the content becomes a Kapost item with evidence.
  • Status without asking See where a piece sits before promising a customer a date.
  • Personas and stages carry over Kapost taxonomy helps agents pick the right piece for the reader.

How it works

Connect Kapost in minutes

  1. 1

    Connect Kapost and Tidio

Zapier, Integrately or Make can move items and requests, or a service can read Kapost and post to the Tidio API.

  2. 2

    Choose what support can see

Expose published items and workflow status. Keep unfinished drafts out of the conversation.

  3. 3

    Send gaps back to Kapost

A request created from a chat lands in the calendar with the question that prompted it.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about the Kapost integration

Can agents publish or edit content from Tidio?

No, and they should not. Kapost owns the workflow, the approvals and the taxonomy. The connection gives agents read access to what is published and a way to file a request. Anything that changes a piece stays with the people who own the calendar.

What if a piece is still in review?

Agents see the status, so they can say a guide is being written rather than sending a draft. That is usually enough for the customer, and it keeps unreviewed Kapost content out of conversations where it would be quoted back at you later.

Is the Kapost integration available on my plan?

Availability depends on the Tidio plan you are on. Compare plans to see which plan covers the Kapost integration.
