Ewelina manages our in-house team of People and Culture. She leads her team in a way that empowers the company’s vision and increases its growth. Challenging people and helping them fulfill their potential is her daily bread. One of her main goals is to create a unique business culture that will nurture talent development and make Tidio the best place to work at.
Ewelina holds an M.A. in psychology. Before joining Tidio, she worked as an HR specialist in global companies for 11+ years, leading communication, feedback, team performance, and Insight Discovery® workshops. One of her biggest achievements is scaling a company from 60 up to 1,500 people.
Her professional interests revolve around strong culture and goals alignment among start-ups, nurturing leadership, and teamwork facilitation.
In private, she is a dog-lover and a fan of good books and traveling.
